I once read that a thankful heart is a fertile field for God.  Today I am thankful for my misfortunes and I'm grateful that they were not worse then they were.   I am grateful for the grace and  mercy I have been shown by my family.  Thank you God for giving me another day, another chance to become a better individual, another chance to give and experience love.  Thank you God for the awareness you have awakened in me. Because of you I am learning to love and accept myself, because of you I believe in believing. My source, stay connected to me today and always, for I need you in order to fulfill my spiritual tasks...God, show me how to love myself and how to deliver love and peace to others. God help to carry out your will for me not my will for myself. Help me become the type of person that I would like to befriend, help me forgive myself and forgive others. God, make me a channel of your energy and help me understand your word. I thank you God for giving me another day, another chance to get it right. - KWL

Thank you Keith.  Thank you for always being there for Mom and Dad during the years I was absent from our family.   Thank you for blessing with me two beautiful nephews. I know that many times I took you for granted, but a brother like you is all I ever wanted.

Thank you Mom.  Thank you for being a lady of grace and dignity.  Thank you for unselfishly placing the welfare of your husband and your sons first in your life. While I was complaining I had nothing left, l actually had everything in a mom like you.  Thank you for believing in me when I wasn't capable of believing in myself.

Thank you Steve. Thank you for showing me where to find the truth.  Thank you for your love, patience, compassion and honesty.  Thank you for always telling me what I needed to hear rather than what I wanted to hear. Thank you for helping me develope a personal program of recovery so I can be with my family again.  Thank you for teaching me that I live in a body, I have a mind, but I am a spirit.  Thank you for being a loyal and true friend.  Most of all I thank you for showing me that there is a solution.  God bless you.  I love you.
